Miami ATCT SOP Wrong Apporach altitudes for MIA_W_DEP #118

The area closest to the Miami airport, dead center of this diagram are wrong on the Departure diagram Looks like a copy paste error, that indicates that S Feeder and W Dep own the same airspace
