Completely re-done KLAL taxi map using the new KML/[Regions] method. Fixes all out-of-date stuff and adds the new Amazon Hub and misc hangars & taxiways. Also added new FBO labels and the 8/26 grass strip.

Resolves #34

Regions don't even render meaningfully differently in vERAM actually. And given the proximity to CRC release, let's just plan to tackle this through the normal cab layout process for CRC. Closing.

Actually, I'll regenerate vERAM for the Key West updates. So I'll open this and merge it since the leg work has to be done anyway. Might as well get both updates.
