Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not really. This is just a cool feature.

Describe the solution you'd like Once the applicant applies, they can receive a prewritten email with some variables that is determined by their application that each VA can create which can be sent to the applicant if they pass or not. This would be a very cool integration if Flare becomes an entrance exam.

Describe alternatives you've considered A staff from the VA manually sends an email to applicant.

Additional context If you would like an example I could provide one if this doesn't make sense.
