Ranks viewable to pilots. #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No it’s not related to a problem. Pilots cannot view the hours needed to reach the next rank. It doesn’t give them the incentive to forward their career path without that knowledge.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of making ranks only viewable to staff, there should be a section for non staff also

Describe alternatives you've considered I have listed them in the news feed but the formatting stinks and the context didn’t let me paragraph what I wanted which cluttered the post

Additional context Can you adjust the formatting of the context for news to allow us to use paragraphs and spacing when necessary?

I feel like not all VAs would like this so I'm gonna move this to the plugins repo as a request
