ACARS Flight Time Format Incorrect and NULL #341

Describe the bug When using ACARS on 1.2.9 the flight time format is incorrect which results in zero flight time being recorded when PiRep is approved, and zero flight time being applied to pilot profile

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use ACARS to capture a PiRep
  2. Go to Pending PiReps and observe flight time format of -h:-mm instead of hh:mm
  3. Approve PiRep
  4. Open PiRep via All PiRep tab and select Edit
  5. Flight Time fields are blank

Expected behavior When using ACARS flight time format should be hh:mm, approved PiRep should show flight time in the Flight Time field and hours should be reflected in Pilot profile

Additional context Manually filed PiReps appear un-affected

Thanks for the report. The issue was on the VANet side, so it's just building now and will be fixed in the next 5 minutes without the need to update Flare. Let me know if you have any other problems.
