BUG: motors do not shut off at 30 degrees #12

wheels continue to move after bot passes +/- 30 degrees. Code should be fixed in nerdoug/botcode prior to porting to SegbotSTEP

nerdoug commented 6 years ago

Fixed in nerdoug code by zeroing mother control throttle variables. Will be part of merge to SegbotSTEP.
