Create wiring diagram(s) for SegbotSTEP #22

-separate physical construction diagrams from wiring diagrams

-add ESP8266 stackable headers, which now have wiring endpoints

-include recent changes:

  1. 5V regulator
  2. LCD display
  3. Voltage divider
  4. 12V On/Off switch
  5. Reset switch
  6. 5V power source switch

-get it onto Github
