Create our first release #59

We have never created an official release of our software. As of Wednesday September 30, 2020 both of our TWIPe robots balanced using only the P part of the PID tuning formula. To make this release we need to:

  1. Learn how to make a release
  2. Create a release candidate
  3. Associate all issues to this release
  4. Clean up the docs
  5. Create the release Going forward all work should be done on next release candidates
