Aim for sub-10 second boot up time

Doug is working on code to achieve faster boot times. The initial effort to simply reduce the delays in the IMU start-up are no good as the unit does need time to settle down before reliable readings can be made. Doug is now working on introducing some parallel processing into the mix.
