Find better process for importing Eagle designs into Fusion #5

The process we have for importing Eagle diagrams needs improvement. The DFX files that we create in Inkscape bog down performance in Fusion 360. See if we can find a better way.

For now we can bypass AutoCAD all together and generate GCode directly from flatCAM. A seperate task to document this process on the Wiki has been created and this task can be closed.
