Update diagrams in high level design document. Also rename document. #171

The diagrams for the servo motor and the foot do not include the size of the holes being drilled. It also does not show the thickness of the material or the units that measurement are expressed in. A seperate diagram for the shoe is needed. Finally, the dcument is currently called hexaFlooRideHighLevelDesign.odt. Renaming it to hexaFloorRideHighLevelDesign.odt as because it is easier to understand how to pronounce it at a glance when written this way.
