Grails 3.2 and vaadin plugin

Hi,

we are trying to run the plugin using the latest Grails 3.2 version (RC1).

Unfortunately vaadin seems to tie in a hibernate4 dependency so calling any page vial localhost:8080/... results in the following exception.

Is there any chance to update the hibernate dependency (which seems to be somewhere in the depths of the vaadin plugin..) to hibernate 5? Can I do this manually? Which file needs to be touched?

Hi Florian,

the Plugin is not yet ready for hibernate 5. Fell free to make a fork, or contribute to the project. My time is very limited at the moment, would be great to get some support :) Cheers Stephan
