This upgrade Flow and Components to 24.4-SNAPSHOT + minor other updates. It also removes the NPM files from the demo module, not needed since the pre-compiled frontend bundle, and wraps a profile around the execution of @cyclonedx/cyclonedx-npm activated by the presence of a package.json file.
