There is no more fusion and webjars

how about let us update this https://github.com/vaadin/archetypes/blob/e4702100a2bc5d2b9df5242b4ab51ecd3025084c/vaadin-archetype-spring-application/src/main/resources/archetype-resources/pom.xml#L18 to the latest version? for example, 2.6.8 or 2.5.9 (if we want to stay in 2.5 minor)

Definitely we should get spring boot to the latest as well. But a separate PR for that would probably be best practice.
