Update plug-ins used by Maven archetypes #80

We should use more recent versions of various Maven plug-ins in Vaadin archetypes, e.g. compiler plug-in 3.3 rather than 3.0.

This can be done with http://www.mojohaus.org/versions-maven-plugin/examples/display-plugin-updates.html . It should be done both for the archetype projects themselves and for each project generated by each archetype.

Done for the application archetype (https://dev.vaadin.com/review/13611), multimodule archetype (https://dev.vaadin.com/review/13613) and addon archetype (https://dev.vaadin.com/review/13617) in the branch feature/appwidgetset, which is the basis for 7.7 releases.

Split off remaining issues to tickets #19883, #19884 and #19885.

These changes were released in the 7.7.0.alpha3 and/or 7.7.0.beta1 versions of the archetypes.
