Update PWA Docs #695

It seems that https://vaadin.com/docs/v10/bakeryflow/pwa.html is not updated with the latest pwa changes in https://github.com/vaadin/bakery-app-starter-flow-spring/blob/master/src/main/java/com/vaadin/starter/bakery/ui/MainView.java actually CustomBootstrapListener does not exist anymore and it's mentioned in two sections

V10 docs show V10 way of adding PWA support Docs were updated for V12+ using flow @PWA annotation https://vaadin.com/docs/v12/bakeryflow/pwa.html
