Help user fix design if used component is missing an import

Steps to reproduce

Create a new design.

Type in <vaadin-text-field label="text"></vaadin-text-field> in the source mode.

Switch to design view.

Actual behavior

The component is not rendered.

Expected behavior

The component is not rendered but Designer should indicate that an import should be added for the component. Maybe even ask if Designer could add the import on user's behalf.

IDE, Designer and OS version

Designer 4.3.7. Any OS, IDE.

It looks like this issue hasn't progressed lately. There are so many issues that we just can't deal them all within a reasonable timeframe.
