New design file dialog should remember "Companion" checkbox

Currently, when creating a new Vaadin (10+) design file, the Java companion checkbox is always deselected. For users that only design new web components with the designer that might make sense, but for the usage inside a Java project it is cumbersome.

It would be very useful, when the checkbox simply remembers the last created file and sets the initial value based on that automatically.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new design file.

Actual behavior

See above.

Expected behavior

When I checked the companion checkbox last time, it should be prechecked automatically the next time.

It looks like this issue hasn't progressed lately. There are so many issues that we just can't deal them all within a reasonable timeframe.
