Document how to configure / enable HillaPlugin for HotSwapAgent #3297

It seems that the documentation of HillaPlugin for HotSwapAgent didn't get any further than the description in this PR. It should be described/mentioned properly in the docs.

We could also add a suggestion to disable the Vaadin plugin to avoid extra reloads from that in pure Hilla applications.
