Fix component-locator documentation #3734

Component locator documentation https://vaadin.com/docs/latest/flow/configuration/development-mode/dev-tools/component-locator still refers the old Dev Mode Gizmo instead of Copilot. Not sure though, is the component locator available from Copilot at all.

The component locator seems to be available through right click to a component when the Copilot is active: image
