People have hard time figuring out what are the requirements for (web) components they want to create a Flow integration for.

At least couple of things we should cover better:

Compile / Build / Run time dependencies.
Web Component runtime lifecycle.
Dependencies to mutually exclusive libraries like Polymer2 and Polymer3.
Shadow roots. While they work, there are certain things that need to be in light dom.
Development mode vs production mode.
