Framework 7 is more prominent than Framework 8 in 4.0.0.beta1 #733

After installing 4.0.0.beta1 of the plugin into a new installation of Eclipse Neon.1, the suggestions in the "New" context menu contains an entry for FW7, but not for FW8.
