Install plugin without warnings #760

Currently, if a user installs the plugin they are shown this error message: Screenshot 2019-05-27 at 9.51.31.png

Allow users to install the plugin without warnings. If this results in removing the FW7 support, a version of Eclipse with FW7 support should be installable somewhere, e.g. https://vaadin.com/eclipse/vaadin7.
