Working v24-pre version with spring boot 3? #126

There are a few glitches when moving this project to spring boot 3 / vaadin 24 alphas, it would be nice to have an official version with those glitches fixed.

Hi, sorry it took forever, even a bit over the official release. Now everything ought to be in shape.
