Change vaadin-core dependency to provided scope. #122

In order to be able to provide the dependency version from the project using the addon, we need to change/add scope provided:

The error happens when:

  1. start from Start vaadin
  2. add dep,
  3. copy in my code.
Failed to collect dependencies at com.vaadin.flow.ai:form-filler-addon:jar:0.1.0: Failed to read artifact descriptor for com.vaadin.flow.ai:form-filler-addon:jar:0.1.0: Could not find artifact com.vaadin:vaadin-bom:pom:24.1-SNAPSHOT
