Make OCR google vision response been organized by lines #13

Current OCR response is not organized by lines and makes more complicated to ChatGPT to understand the text. There are algorithms to organize the response in lines as it is a common problem on OCR solutions.

We have an open PR for this issue, which can be picked up anytime, and continue or merge, and with this I will be remove myself from the assigned person list.
