If I generate a new Hilla project using the CLI like

npx @hilla/cli init --next meet-hilla

the resulting project contains a README.md. This file has a section Useful links that contains links to Stack Overflow and Vaadin's old Discord Channel.

Instead (or in addition) the README file should contain a link to Vaadin's Forum: https://vaadin.com/forum/c/hilla/18.
