Merged plug-ins and simplified the Vaadin specific part, performed some modifications and corrections as well as updated meta-data to support Vaadin 7 packaging.

Merge gwt-maven-plugin and vaadin-maven-plugin into one vaadin-maven-plugin capable of handling Vaadin 7 dependencies.
The new vaadin-maven-plugin repository is at http://dev.vaadin.com/git/integration/maven/vaadin-maven-plugin.git. Files from the old repository at http://dev.vaadin.com/svn/integration/maven/vaadin-maven-plugin/ must be imported by hand
