Test observability agent compatibility #108

Even if the target for the Observability is 23.2 we could test and document the minimum Vaadin version that the project generates trace data for.

Not compatible with versions older than 23.1 as there is in use the HttpStatusCode which has not existed in older versions as they use HttpServletResponse which was removed to be able to use other servlets.

V14 support added in #145. Older versions not supported yet (see #133).
