I want to be able to compare UX speed between FW 8 and Flow versions of Patient Portal so that I know that the Flow version is not slower #43

Both, the FW 8 and Flow versions of the portal should be deployed somewhere and we can then verify that the latter is not slower. We can even ask the company people to test with all the devices that they have.
