Gifts fill up psyche slots #15

I noticed the following line was removed in the change linked below. It is a line I was wondering if belongs with the chargen steps.

"Gifts fill up psyche slots. Your maximum psyche slots cannot exceed your Psyche bonus."

I myself got stuck on how to write gifts on the character sheet, until coming across this text later.
