add a resources section for non-srd links #7

Add a resources section that links to external content. For example, links to the 'Vaarn Region Generator' blog post, or 'relics of vaarn' itch.io page.

The Vaarn Region Generator is in VoV 3, so no link is required. I am going to leave out 3rd party content for now.
