add GW37 2021-22 data to merged_gw.csv #137

There was PR with GW37 data added (https://github.com/vaastav/Fantasy-Premier-League/pull/126), but it's still missing in 'merged_gw.csv' file, so I simply added this.

The merged_gw.csv file is still missing the GW37 as well.
