Apparent Duplicate ID is on these two concepts, with the first taking you to a broken link

We had an internal meeting and this seems to be an issue on Protege end. Currently it imports work on Protege version 5.6.3+. I think we found a fix that relied on manually loading each import file before VO should fix the issue for older versions, but didn't investigate further on why it happened that way..
