updated vaccine_RxNorm #728

  1. import 27 disease terms from DOID in DOID_imports.owl, and 1 disease term from MONDO in external_by_band.owl
  2. Added immunized against disease column
  3. added equivalent classes based on parent name and label difference

import the 'H3N2 subtype' from NCBI, and update the immunizes against pathogen column to add the different influenza subtypes.
