Inferred Classes #741

There are some classes do not inferred to all its parent classes. For example, VO_0020020 should be inferred as VO_0020298 'Afluria 2010-2011 Formula vaccine'. Need to check and fix. For this case, we may need to implement multivalent and trade name information. VO_0017834 should be inferred as a subClassOf 'Imuvac vaccine'
