Date / Time showing incorrectly in Playeredits Tab #16

I did a lookup on my server to see all mined AncientDebris for the past 5 days on my server and it shows the proper time in the chat but anything in the Playeredits tab only shows the date as the 29th and 28th of this month, the time seems to be off as well since for one user it stated he mined 38 Debris in 4 minutes. I tried editing the regex for it under the Analysis tab but I don't quite understand those well enough to know what I'm doing but I left it at default for now after I was done making an attempt at it

@TwiztedUnique is it possible to show the chat time too, or maybe make a video of everything and is it possible to let me know your timezone too where you live in?

Sorry about that, here's the clip, hopefully its in decent enough resolution, I dont record often with this monitor since its a bit weird :] [Link to video in GDrive]

My server is on EDT and I am in the MST timezone.

Edit: The only other fabric mods I use are - Litematica, Xaeros minimap, hwyla, Antighost, and MiniHud

How much time is it different then it should be?

It shows in chat ranging from 6-6.5 Days ago for those edits, which should be the 24th or 25th but any edit in the PlayerEdits tad shows as the current or previous day [29th or 30th].

I was attempting a few things to test more recent searches and it seems any edit past 1 day gets messed up, I have a member who mined Ancient Debris 19.3 hours ago which would be on the 29th day at Hour 21:36 and its showing the correct date and even the correct time by the looks of it, but once it gets to the point of "1.23d/ago" for example the rest of the edits shown in Playeredits then get shown as all occurring on the 30th of this month at exactly the same time.

I can try and get a better video of it to explain that better, If it would work out better I could screenshare or something on discord if you'd prefer.

At my side it seems to work correct weird, this might be related to hover text that is given back altho i have no info about it at this moment if it is enabled or not and what it gives back as text
