Right now Headroom requires you to specify variables and template paths even for dropping license headers (using headroom run -d|--drop-headers), which is pointless and can be eventually annoying. Goal of this task is to remove this restriction.

After some time playing with this, for now I decided to drop this one, as it would require quite a major rewrite of some parts and it seems to be relatively minor use case. So I'm closing the ticket, if anyone needs this, feel free to reopen.
