Aim of this goal is to make sure that headroom is complilable with GHC 9.x and matching Stackage version.

Progress

[x] Make project compilable
[x] Make doctest suites passing with ~~GHC 9.0.1~~ GHC 9.0.2 and Stackage Nightly

Update: Works well with GHC 9.0.2, doesn't work with GHC 9.0.1 due to https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/issues/19460.
