(This roadmap is WIP. Items on the roadmap, especially ones farther in the future, might change.)

improve 12/WAKU2-FILTER
- [x] https://github.com/vacp2p/rfc/pull/562
- goal: simplify filter and make it a pub/sub or req/resp + push protocol in the Waku sense
- no caching for filter, only for store
- no reliability (no ack/nack), the application has to keep track
- split filter into two protocols
  - one for negotiating filters (incl. set, delete, get current filters)
  - one for pushing messages (server dials, but can reuse the connection opened for )
- [x] implement improved filter in nwaku
