Map of components for Status app / status-nim #18

Have a map of components and data flow diagram for the current Status app. This means we can better understand current solutions and how to build on them in a modular fashion.

Also acts as requirements for status-nim port and future modules with clear guarantees and requirements.

Next step is probably to do something similar for storage project, and then we can see how we want to "merge" these to find commonalities.
