Problem

To examine the RLNapp, its public API, building blocks, the associated services and how to interact with different components. These building blocks are those needed for the spam-protection solution indicated in https://github.com/vacp2p/specs/issues/242.

This issue is part of https://github.com/vacp2p/specs/issues/189.

Acceptance Criteria

As the result, the list of RLNapp APIs with their ins and outs must be specified and documented.

Not anymore, it is addressed already.
