This PR adds a research log post on relay anonymity addressing vacp2p/research#104

Note: the definition of the "local" attacker changed from what is in https://github.com/vacp2p/research/issues/106 Also, I added categories "internal" and "external".

For now, the post looks at message as a blackbox (also see my comment on vacp2p/research#104 We could add the message content to this analysis, however, that would delay publishing and, imo, the current content is enough for a first post. I will add the message analysis on the roadmap.

@oskarth I addressed the feedback except for the images. Are there any available that I could just use?
