Discv5: kurtosis version / discv5 format changes + non-plot wakunode exclusion #136

This PR introduces tow things: 1) It fixes the format changes introduced by the discv5 PR - PR 129 2) adds the ability to exclude waku containers that are run "outside" the enclave from plots. This is needed as discv5 PR introduces fresh, non-enclave wakunodes for handling discv5
