Request to add more debug/trace logging #191

It is difficult to debug mapping issues without inline debugging/trace 
messaging. This is a request to add debug logging in the generated mapper code 
to trace what's happening field by field. The current logging is not enough to 
tell what is failing at runtime without having to step through the generated 
code line by line.
