Progress Bar problem #121

Progress Bar should be hidden after the sync job is done.

When I do sync job the second time, it shows the bar at full length and the 
message 
showing success is out there all the time. These issues should be solved. When 
the 
mouse moves over the icon if the process is ongoing, it shall show a different 
message.
