Creating a patch is very slow for huge folders #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sync a 6GB folder with more than 5000 files.

What happened?
I was able to setup the folder on two computers by first syncing it over a
USB-HDD and than changing the intermediate storage to my DropBox folder on each
computer. I was able to sync changes to single files over the Internet by using
DropBox.

The thing is: with my 6GB / 5000 files folder it took OneSync about 45 minutes
on each computer / operating system to go through the database (?), notify the
file modification and create a patch. I first thought, this might be alright
for the initial sync where the whole folder was copied. But it remained that
long also for single file modifications.

This is waaaaaay to slow! It makes this nearly perfect piece of software
useless to me at the moment :-( Hope this can be fixed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OneSync 3 on Windows 7 and Windows XP
