Installer should install to Program Files by default #64

Maybe it's my personal preference, but I don't see any sense in not 
installing a program in the Program Files folder, where they are meant to be 
in the first place. I feel that the root C drive should not be used to 
install programs.

It is not advised to do so. In vista and windows7, every time we need to get 
permission 
to access the file in program files.
