Intermediate storage cannot sync with more profiles? #68

As the project markets the use of Dropbox and thumbdrive as an intermediate 
storage, it should allow the user to sync more folder pairs with a single 
intermediate storage. Otherwise it defeats the purpose of using a thumbdrive 
or Dropbox.
