I'm still using it, but it doesn't look like it's had much love from the author in quite some time. I'd also be interested in the answer to Robert's question.

Well, depends on what you mean by "alive" :) The code still works and does what it needs to do and to be honest I don't see what other features it needs. Neither I see any pull requests from the community. As to my own involvement, I was using this project as a part of a bigger system in my company, but this system was shut down some time ago. So basically at the moment I don't use this code and don't have own interest in any updates.

I'd be happy to hand over maintenance of the project to someone who would be more involved. Or accept any pull requests with new features/bug fixes unless they break the existing functionality.
